This document sets out the terms and mechanics of the Referral Program for users registering on the Jet Bank Waitlist. The Program aims to reward individuals who refer to their friends to open accounts with Jet Bank following the bank’s official launch.
Jet Bank has been licensed by the Bank of Albania pursuant to the decision of the Supervisory Council at its meeting held on 25 March 2026, having fulfilled all regulatory requirements for conducting banking activity in the Republic of Albania.
At this stage, the bank is in the process of finalizing preparations for the commencement of its operations, including the development and testing of its operational infrastructure. This includes technological systems, internal processes, regulatory policies and procedures, as well as control and compliance mechanisms, in accordance with the requirements of the Bank of Albania and the applicable legal framework.
Jet Bankʼs website serves as an informational and communication platform, presenting the bank and enabling registration on the “Waiting List.” This list allows individuals to express their interest and register to be among the first to access the bankʼs services following the official launch of operations.
“Program” – refers to the Jet Bank Waitlist Referral Program, organized by Jet Bank, aimed at promoting user registration and granting rewards in accordance with the conditions set out in this document.
“Waitlist” – refers to the waitlist created by Jet Bank, where individuals pre-register before the launch of banking services.
“Referrer” – any individual who has registered and been verified on the Waitlist and who, through their unique referral link, recommends others to register and open an account with Jet Bank.
“Referred Person” – any individual who registers on the Waitlist via a Referrer’s unique referral link and subsequently applies to open an account with Jet Bank.
“Verified Client” – any individual who has successfully completed the client identification and verification process (KYC) in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and Jet Bank’s internal policies.
“Successfully Opened Account” – a bank account opened with Jet Bank by a Referred Person, for which all of the following criteria have been met: (i) successful completion of the client identification and verification process (KYC/AML); (ii) account activation; and (iii) any additional criteria set by the Bank for minimum account use and activation.
Each individual who registers and is successfully verified on the Jet Bank Waitlist will receive a unique referral link in their first welcome email.
This link is personal and can be shared with friends, family, or contacts.
If a person registers on the Waitlist via a referral link and successfully opens a bank account with Jet Bank after the bank’s launch, the Referrer will receive a monetary reward.
The reward is EUR 10 for each friend who opens a bank account using the referral link.
For the purposes of this Program, an account is considered successfully opened only after the Referred Person has fully completed the client identification and verification process (KYC/AML), the account is activated and functional, and any additional reasonable criteria set by the Bank regarding minimum use have been met.
Each individual registering on the Waitlist, including those referred by a friend, will also receive their own unique referral link in the welcome email.
They can share this link and earn rewards under the same referral mechanics, with no limitation.
To qualify for the referral reward, referred friends must register and open a bank account with Jet Bank by 31 July 2026, 23:59.
Referrals resulting in account openings after this date will not be eligible for the reward.
The Program is intended for individual users and is not aimed at creating organized commercial activity. Jet Bank reserves the right to limit or request additional documentation in case of a high volume of referrals.
The amount of EUR 10 per referral constitutes a net value for the beneficiary.
Any tax obligations related to this reward will be covered and paid by Jet Bank in accordance with applicable tax legislation in the Republic of Albania.
If the beneficiary holds only a local currency (LEK) account, the net amount will be credited in LEK, converted according to the exchange rate applied by the Bank on the day of payment.
Referral rewards will be credited to the beneficiary’s Jet Bank account within 5 (five) business days from the successful opening of the account by the Referred Person.
Payments will only be made for individuals who have successfully opened an account in accordance with Section 2 above.
The Referral Program is a promotional initiative by Jet Bank designed to increase awareness and interest in its products and services. It does not constitute a financial offer, investment, or scheme guaranteeing returns for participants.
Participation in the Program does not create any unconditional right to a reward. Any reward is granted only in accordance with the conditions set out herein and after verification by the Bank.
Jet Bank reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to refuse recognition of a referral or the reward in any case where Program conditions are not met, abuse is suspected, or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
Jet Bank is not responsible for participant expectations regarding potential rewards beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.
Jet Bank reserves the right to monitor and verify the validity of referrals and participant compliance with Program terms, as well as applicable law and internal Bank policies, including AML/CFT.

Decisions by Jet Bank regarding referral validity and rewards are final and binding. The Bank exercises full discretion in administering, interpreting, and enforcing the Program, including determining eligibility and granting, refusing, or cancelling rewards.
Jet Bank reserves the right, at any time and at its reasonable discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, including any element such as participation terms, reward mechanics, and amounts.
Changes become effective upon publication on the Bank’s official website, unless otherwise specified.
Jet Bank may immediately suspend or terminate the Program without prior notice if:
Jet Bank is not liable for any loss, missed benefit, or expectation arising from changes, suspension, or termination.
Jet Bank processes participants’ personal data in compliance with applicable Albanian data protection laws and internal policies on privacy.
Personal data is processed for the administration of the Referral Program, including verifying identities, assessing referral validity, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and processing reward payments.
Referrers commit not to share third-party personal data without prior consent. Jet Bank is not responsible for unauthorized sharing of personal data by participants.

Jet Bank takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with legal requirements and applicable standards.
Jet Bank reserves the right to verify referral validity and refuse benefits in cases of suspicious activity or misuse of the Program.
These Terms and any relationship arising under the Referral Program are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
Any disputes, claims, or demands arising from or related to these Terms, including validity, interpretation, enforcement, or termination, that cannot be resolved amicably, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Albania, located in Tirana.
